La Hermandad Founded
13 visionaries establish Lambda Upsilon Lambda at Cornell University, the only Latino fraternity to charter at all eight Ivy League schools.
Devastating Delta Chartered
Delta becomes the third chapter in LUL history, established across Penn, Drexel, Temple, and Haverford, one of the most expansive chapters in the fraternity.
Delta's Influence Spreads
Building the Infrastructure
Delta hermanos help unify Penn's Latinx student groups into the Latinx Coalition and co-found Onda Latina, Penn's first Latin dance troupe. laying institutional groundwork that still stands today.
La Casa Latina Opens
Penn's Center for Hispanic Excellence (La Casa Latina) is inaugurated, with Delta among the organizations that helped build the case for it.
Pa'Lante Banquet
Delta's flagship event, started to give hermanos who couldn't travel home for the holidays a place to belong. Now in its 34th year. Proceeds fund the chapter's Brown and Gold Christmas Initiative.
